My passion for cooking, gardening, and Italian food is a part of who I am. It is a way for me to express my creativity, my love of food, and my connection to my heritage. I am grateful for these passions and I hope to continue to enjoy them for many years to come.

Cooking is a way for me to express my creativity and to connect with my family and friends. I love trying new recipes and experimenting with different flavors. I also enjoy the challenge of finding the perfect ingredients and creating a dish that is both delicious and visually appealing.

I have been passionate about cooking and gardening since I was a child. I love the creativity and satisfaction of creating something delicious or beautiful. I also enjoy the sense of community that comes from sharing my food and my plants with others.

When you have an hour, you can’t teach much. So, I teach the principles. Because I’ve always said, cooking is a philosophy, not a recipe, unless it’s pastry, and then it is chemistry. So what I do is create maybe a simple spaghetti with the lobster. Oh, it’s delicious and quick. And a risotto. Once you learn the principles, life gets easier.

Gardening is a way for me to connect with nature and to be productive. I love the feeling of being surrounded by plants and flowers. I also enjoy the challenge of growing my own food and seeing it come to life.

I have a special place in my heart for Italian food. I love the simplicity and the fresh flavors of Italian cuisine. I also enjoy the history and culture of Italy, which is reflected in its food. I am always looking for new Italian recipes to try and I love to share my cooking with others.
